Thank you for stopping by to visit us online. I’ve had our programmers prepare what I hope is a web site that is both easy to navigate, as well as informative and helpful to our clients.

I’d like to share a bit of my history and some of my accomplishments with you. I sincerely hope that you will come away with a comfort level, and if you have a need for Real Estate services, you will consider Exit Advantage Realty as your partner.

On a personal note, I grew up in a Real Estate family. Prior to his passing, my father Henry, a well known New York attorney, had been in the Real Estate business for 58 years. During this time he held Brokers licenses in New York , Massachusetts , and New Hampshire . My Older brother Donald is a certified Appraiser and Real Estate Broker in the seacoast area of southern New Hampshire .

My wife Jeanie and I have resided in Westford , MA for more than 20 years. We have five beautiful children, Katelinde, Jennifer, Austin, Shannon, and Veronica. My wife and I both feel that community involvement is important, and to that end have both been quite involved over the years. Jeanie is a past President of the “Quota Club” of Westford, and I am a past President of the Westford Rotary Club. Jeanie, our children, and I are all active in St. Mark’s parish community, Jeanie and I jointly created “Chocolate Sunday”, an annual community event held the Sunday before Valentines Day. I was a charter member of the “Westford Expressions”, a local toastmasters club, I am an award winning Public Access Cable producer of two shows; “Westford Today” and “All About Real Estate”, I was instrumental in bringing the official “ Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar-B-Q Cook-off ” to Westford several years ago. This festival, now held annually during October in Lowell is known as the “Pig and Pepper Harvest Festival” attended by 10’s of thousands over a 2 day period.
